let me exsplain, i am 31 disabled woman, i live on 600 a month and that barely gets my bills paid and food to eat, I live in the country i need a lagoon put in i had a man quote $3000.00 but theres no way i can get that kind of money, once i get help (maybe) then i can get my water and lights turned on, randolph and boone county have a rule you must have sewer before they will set your pole and turn your lights on, i live in an electric mobile home so when i get my sewer in they will turn on my lights and i will have heat have i lost you i hope not i hope your understand what im trying to explain
yep.they have you between a rock and a hard place.there was a time when people cared about one another .not anymore.the ones that do care are in the same boat or worse.wish i could help.but ican't help myself right now.good luck.
